Global reach
88,000 agents. One network. A referral from anywhere.
Your client buys in Lisbon, sells in London, winters in Cabo — and the agent on the other end can be in your own brokerage. eXp Luxury connects its agents across 25 global markets, and Luxury Premium adds the international luxury referral network: clients you send abroad stay in the family, and buyers from abroad can find you.
And the listing travels too: The Journal. The Robb Report. Mansion Global.
In eXp Luxury’s own words
“When you list with an eXp Luxury professional, your home is showcased to an affluent audience through prestige media brands like the Wall Street Journal, The Robb Report, Mansion Global, Unique Homes and many more.”
Premium Listing Syndication is part of Luxury Premium; the Brand tier does not include it.

Luxury is not a price — it is the top of your market
It isn’t built for every agent.
eXp publishes two ways in. The second one travels: three times your market’s average, wherever you sell.
Closed sides at $1,000,000 or more
In the last 24 months. The straight road in.
Your local MLS average, three times over
Three sides at three times your own market’s average price — which is why this works in Aspen and in Summerville.
A luxury credential
Which credentials count
- eXp Luxury Certification — the online course, or an in-person Fast-Track course completed within the stated time limits
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Institute for Luxury Home Marketing
- Luxury Homes Certification, National Association of REALTORS®
Enrolment is eXp’s decision. Canadian agents are welcome; the Canadian division has its own pricing, qualifications and application.
Your numbers
Do the math on yourself.
Three fields. eXp’s published rules. Nothing assumed about you.
Type your market’s average and the bar appears.
Type last year’s GCI.
80/20 to a $16,000 cap, then 100% for the rest of your anniversary year.
Your inputs, eXp’s published rules, our arithmetic. Transaction fees, the monthly fee and the division membership are not in this number; they are on the page.

Why I moved
Licensed since 2004. The first twelve years were at a large local firm, where $30,000 to $35,000 of my commission went to the house every year — for a sign, a desk, and a brand I was building myself anyway.
So I left for a flat-fee brokerage: 100% commission, a broker I still respect, and almost none of the tools. I own a software company, so I could see exactly what was missing. The business hadn't kept up with how agents actually work now.
eXp was the first place the math and the technology both made sense — a ceiling on what the brokerage takes, stock for production, and a way to build something that isn't only my own closings. I didn't move to sell harder. I moved to own more of what I sell.
